RETURN
How do I return my product?
You can return an order by dropping a message through E-mail or Chat Services.
* We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery of the order for all Products.
Please ensure while returning, the product and the packaging are in the same condition as it was delivered.
Where should I return my product?
There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post. Address: 5F/29A K.L MEHTA ROAD NIT-5 FARIDABAD, 121001 You are requested to courier the product to us at the address mentioned above and we will reimburse courier charges in case of manufacturing defects or any other issue. (You will be credited the Courier cost. If courier costs more than Rs.100, please retain your invoice and we will reimburse you accordingly)
How long the return procedure takes?
We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request.
Are there any charges for return?
No, all returns are free of cost.
RETURN POLICY
- Customers can return their order within 15 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non- serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self ship the product(s).
- In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at support@attireteq.com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided into your bank account, Credits as per your convenience.
- The product amount will be credited back either into your bank account Credits as per your convenience once we have received the products and quality check is done.
- Refund of shipping and COD charges is NOT applicable .
- To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share shipping details on Chat service with your Order ID mentioned.
CANCELLATION
Can I cancel my Order?
Yes. You can cancel your item(s) until we start processing your order. Your order will be in Order confirmed status while it is eligible for cancellation.

How Do I cancel my order which is already in progress?
Just Click on Chat Service (right bottom side) and share your order id
Can I cancel my Cancellation Request ?
Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to Drop a message on Chat Service or replace the order yourself.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel the orders that are in Order confirmation stage.

Refund for Debit card/Credit Card, UPI and Netbanking orders will be processed in within 7-10 working days.

Refunds for orders paid through Paytm, Gpay, Phone pay will be refunded within an hour of cancellation.

REFUND
How will I get my refund ?
Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 48 hrs from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.

Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines, post initiation:

- Wallet refund will get credited within a few minutes.
- NEFT refund will take 3 to 5 working days.
- Payment Gateway refund process takes 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.

Why will my refund rejected?
Item received has not been sent back with all its original packaging and perfect condition.
